Erica Waite is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Vesna Ventures, a startup studio operating in Ohio and Utah. She specializes in market intelligence, finance, and commercialization strategy. She has overseen the creation of more than a dozen new ventures, and her experience includes securing direct seed and pre-seed investments and non-dilutive funding across the portfolio, establishing an early stage investment fund, and forging partnerships across the US and internationally. She has led workshops on various topics related to entrepreneurship and is an active board member and advisor to multiple small businesses and nonprofits.

Erica received a BS, BA, and MBA from The Ohio State University and an MS in Pathology from Case Western Reserve University.
